Vanilla Cupcakes with Butter Cream Frosting

Vanilla cupcakes are a staple for any person who loves baking or just starting out. This easy to follow recipe will ensure you have the best tasting cupcakes! For my beginners bakers, it’s good to know that a standard cupcake consist of four staple ingredients. The four staple ingredients are dry (flour and sugar), fats (butter or oil), liquids (eggs, water and/or milk) and agents that causes batter to rise (baking powder or baking soda). By having these staple ingredients in your cupcake recipe, you can create buttery and moist deliciousness every time.

Vanilla Cupcakes
24 cupcakes

Ingredients:
• 2 ½ cups Flour
• 2 cups Sugar
• 3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cup of Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup of softened butter or ½ cup of vegetable oil (Oil adds moistness, butter adds flavor)


Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting
2 – 2 1/1 Cups

Ingredients:
• 4 cups of powdered sugar
• 1 cup of softened butter
• 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla
• 1 – 2 tablespoons of Milk


Directions:
Preheat your over to 350F and using a 24 piece baking pan and our Thick Aluminum Foil Cupcake

Add dry ingredients together which is baking powder, sugar, flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

***If using vegetable oil*** Add liquid ingredients together which is vanilla extract, eggs, milk and vegetable oil.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients in a bowl and beat until it’s mixed well.

***If using softened butter*** softened the butter until creamy and fluffy using sugar. Then mix one egg at a time.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients in a bowl and beat until it’s mixed well.

Fill the cupcake liners about halfway. To get the perfect measurements use our Liner Mess Free Batter Dispenser

Bake for 15 – 18 minutes. Then let cool for approximately 2 – 5 minutes.

For the frosting add softened butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix in a bowl until completely combined.

Add vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk until it’s no longer dry but smooth.

Add remining powder and mix until fully combined.

Gradually add in the remaining milk a little bit at a time until frosting is the right consistency.
